White Rose Pre-Loved Fashion

Nathan - Assistant Manager

"I began at White Rose part time in our original and smallest store. Learning about the business and improving my retail skills in a relaxed environment thanks to the manager Calum. Six months later, I joined the new team at our Nottingham outlet store, where I stepped up to managing the men's floor. I was able to gain experience in independent working, visual merchandising, and leadership. Ten months of improvement gave me the confidence to apply for an assistant manager position in Leicester, a new store, and a new city. Creating a bright store that celebrates second hand fashion, managing a diverse team of volunteers and achieving the White Rose store of the year award for 2023! In the Summer of 2024, I moved again to our flagship Leeds store. This is an exciting new challenge I'm delighted to be a part of. Each step with White Rose has given me the opportunity to learn and apply my own skills in different environments. I have pride for my store and see it as a reflection of my hard work."

Joining White Rose, you will be part of a diverse and passionate team committed to making a positive impact. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
